Cutscenes aren't working in Sanitarium.

I have just bought Sanitarium and the cutscenes don't seem to be working. All I get is a bunch of gitter and pixels and stuff. I can hear the audio and the rest of the game works fine, but it's not worth playing without the cutscenes. When I start up the game it does say that Direct Draw isn't installed, so that might have something to do with it. I've also downloaded the demo version of the game and the cutscenes worked fine with that. Any help?

Did you run dxdiag and see if everything is working with your direct x ?
Make sure everything is enabled.
Also try Inferno's setup for Sanitarium.

I tryed that as well as everything in the troubleshooting. I don't know what's the problem. :frown:

Too bad noone had a solution for this because exactly the same problem happened to me when I upgraded from 7900GTX to 8800GTX. The animation worked fine prior to the upgrade but now they are just garbled.
