My opinion. (http://www.adventuregamers.com/article/id,600)

I forced myself through it so I could write the review, but I didn't enjoy it much at all. Just not my kind of game.

It's ok if you have a PhD in puzzle logic, otherwise, do what I did. Uninstall it.:D

RHEM 2 is a giant logic maze (http://www.logicmazes.com). It's for people who love doing abstract mental gymnastics. It's a nice, eccentric distillation of the most essential puzzling elements of the adventure game genre.

And it's not that hard. There are a ton of puzzles. Quite a wonderful variety, really. But I wouldn't consider any of them "killers." If you have the wits to do the daily sudoku in the newspaper, you can solve RHEM 2. Unlike many adventure games, there is a fair, logical solution to every problem.

Beautifully put. I'm looking forward to playing this; so many of the games I've played recently have been fairly easy. I love a challenge.

I am only in awe of those who have completed Rhem (and Rhem 2). I have Rhem, I tried it and got so hopelessly lost*, I stopped playing. :P

*I have a horrible sense of direction.

In the words of our esteemed Fairygdmther, "Rhem is Myst for plumbers".

I suppose that means that Rhem II is Myst for sewer workers. ;)
Except for a pesky can't-save-the-game-past-a-certain-point bug in Rhem, I thoroughly enjoyed the game, and I expect to enjoy Rhem II as much if not more. :)

I liked Rhem 2 even better than the first one. Lots of improvements. Thanks to the better game design and more self-contained puzzle areas, I didn't get lost all the time which I found annoying in Rhem 1, although in the end I'd been backtracking so much that I could find my way without a problem. But it's still a huge place. ;)
