Technical Help - CSI 3

Hiya dont know if anyone can help, been playing the game onto 3rd case but when I load the game I get the title screen but my mouse pointer doent appear, tried Ctrl+Alt+Del mouse working fine????? Tried rebooting doesnt solve the prob any ideas?
