Missing: Since January Toolbar

Am I just stupid or what I'm playing missing and I can't find the stupid toolbar. I want to save it and the stupid e-mail says thatyou can use the toolbar to do that and I'm usuming shut it off but I can't find it. Is it that stupid button in the corner because when I click on it all it does is repeat what he just said.
