First off, I posted here because I really didn't know what forum this fits in.

I have serious problems with my delivery of Dreamfall. Summary: I ordered Dreamfall on April 17. It's June 6, and I still don't have the game.

That's it in a nutshell. First, I had the same problem as several other people here that the game didn't ship until about two weeks after the release, when I got an e-mail saying that I'd get it in 5-10 business days. I waited, sent an e-mail wanting to know what was happening after 20 business days. I got no answer. I sent another e-mail, and I haven't gotten an answer. I'm desperate. I've been charged for the product, I haven't received it and I get no response from the company. Anybody have any pointers on waht to do? I feel robbed.

Where do you live?

If in US or Canada, your product may be shipping from Ohio. I have the address that mine shipped from, but not the phone number. Maybe you can find the phone number though on the internet and phone them, rather than phoning Funcom, to see if they can track your order at all. Or, you could phone Funcom - is there a phone number on their site? That way you'll get a real person.

I live in Mexico. Mexico City to be exact. I've ordered things through internet from places all over the world and never had this problem. If US and Canada are shipping from Ohio, probably mine would be too. I'll try to find some phone number. Meanwhile, does anybody have any other ideas?
