Can´t get "And then There Were None" to work :-(

I installed the game on my hard-drive and when i try to start the game i just get a message saying "Ac.exe has come across a problem and has to be cancelled" (except that the text is in Swedish since i´m using a Swedish version of Windows XP).

What´s wrong, could there be something wrong with the gamediscs, or is it something else?

I managed to get the demoversion to work without any problem so i dont think it has anything to do with memory or graphics-card issues.

Anyone else had this particular problem with "And the There Were None"?
I did a search on this forum and couldn´t find any similar posts.
