Jade Empire - Toad Demon

What's the best way to defeat a Toad Demon in Jade Empire without using up to much health/chi/focus?

I'm trying to get though the penultimate fight in the Arena (where you have to fight all the major previous opponents in a row) and for some reason iv 'e always found the Toad Demon to be tricky. Is there any preferred strategy for taking care of him?

DH has an answer for you!

He says that you should flip over him so that you land behind him, and just keep doing that.

If he remembers right, it's defend and forward.

Do you have any of the Demon forms available to you? Unsurprisingly, the Toad Demon form is able to take out Toad Demons pretty efficiently :)

I have Toad Demon and Horse Demon, but they're both level zero so would use up all my Chi, which isn't really an option since I'll have like another 10 opponents to beat without being able to restock. Will try the flip method to see how that works out.
