Widescreen support (Ankh)

Does Ankh support widescreen resolutions? I tried looking at the official forum but i cant read german and the online translator didn't do much :).....
Be careful...i am asking if it SUPPORTS widescreen not if it can run (stretched) on these resolutions.

no. it does not, at least not officially. i'll try to see what happens if i try to change the ankh.ini file...

No, it does not support widscreen resolutions but I ran the game on my 1920x1200 resolution LCD and still looked great. I didn't notice the stretching at all and it never distracted me while playing.

yea i didnt notice any stretching either....damn it....ok its not actually needed but its not that hard to add widescreen support....just a couple of minutes more coding :)....
