Hello,

I have played this game before with no problems but this time I can't seem to get past the portion in Hargrove studios where I need to open up the curtain to get to the back room.

Are there certain events that need to be done to trigger this? I've exhausted all conversation with Watson and Hargrove and I still can't move the curtain even if I lower the shade on the door.

I'm starting to wonder if this is a glitch in the game as I've been scouring the net for walkthroughs and all of them don't seem to point out any difficulty getting past this part. And I had no problems with this part of the game when I played through it a couple years ago.

Has anyone played this game and successfully gotten past this part?

You won't be able to do that until you've done everything else (including recovering the original formula and the copy).

Thanks - I figured out what my problem was. I had both the original and copies of the formula. But I had only analyzed the original formula and had forgotten to analyze the copy as well. You need to analyze both of them to trigger a further conversation with Hargrove.
