I tried the demo. Am I supposed to play it to a certain point or is it left hanging on purpose? Jerry told me to look for the fusebox. I can't find any fusebox.

You need to get into the Basement for the demo to end.

You need a key. There's a hint somewhere that'll take you to it.

There is a photograph in the maid's room (you may possibly have missed it since it's ½ hidden under something else!).
Study it VERY carefully and figure out what apparently happened.
You'll then have to go somewhere (... where you may have been previously with no 'results' ???).

Don't give up. You have to pay very careful attention in Scratches. Make sure you are looking at the right photo and then try to figure out where to go from there.

Hehe, yeah that was me. Thanks for digging up the link. I've done it so many times I was tired of looking for it again.
