Runaway Problmes in the intro

Hello Everybody , I have bought ''Runaway A Road Adventure" last week but this game has a problem :frown:. After the intro,the game crashes :frown: , I don´t know why this problem is happening.I went back to the store and exchange the game for another but still the same problem ;(. The game is original. So i really need some help , Anyone here know how to finish this problem , or anyone has the save after the intro ? I really don´t know what to do ! :frown:.This game is English .
