ECHO SOLC install fail

After inserting the second cd and waiting a couple of minutes for it to copy some files, it just stops with no error message, but saying 'installation has failed to complete'. I'm not sure if it's because of the cd; I made an image of it and it worked being loaded, but it still doesn't install.
Is it because of the copy or is there some other reason?

Have you tried uninstalling and installing again?

If none of these things work, you might want to send them an email. Definitely try installing on another computer if you have the option. If it doesn't work there, either, it could mean there's something wrong with the disk.
