I can't seem to talk to the Stranger aka Willy
I read in the walkthrough

SALOON
Speak to the stranger (seated at the table).
Speak to the barman (exhaust all dialogue).
Take a dollar, from your inventory, then give it to the barman.
Give the barman a $5 tip (minimum he will accept to introduce you to Willy).
Speak to Willy (the stranger at the table) again, and ask to buy the adulterated oil.


but my guy doesnt want to give money to barman

It's been quite a while since I played this, but I think I remember the barman wouldn't accept the money until I'd done some stuff with the doctor upstairs... but I may well be wrong.

i just finished the game ,i think if u r in the end uv done everything but try to give money to barman he only let u to talk with willy if u give him 5$ and then willy talks with u and u can go on the game...
