VOYAGE question (vending machine)

I have just about finished this game and was wondering if anyone has been able to finish the game without purchasing anything through the Selenite vending machine?

I was able to make everything so far except the replacement parts of the mechanical arm that were rusted. I had to purchase those to make the arm so I could lift the pressure valves on the machine.

Welcome to the forum. :) It's an interesting question.

I think there are some replacement parts lying around in the lowest level, but you wouldn't be able to get in there without either repairing the arm, or buying some of that grease stuff from the vending machine...

same here, skline. I eventually bought others, too, but I don't think the game can be completed without using the shop.
