I think I have replied al your questions in other threads, except this one :

3: VU why do you go from them?
It was a difficult time for VUG where all the people we liked had left and all the new people did not have a clue about what this game was about. Rather than letting them releasing it under cover, we decided to ask them to give us back the game and find a publisher really supporting the title.

Sorry, I really cannot say anything about Karma yet. But I will let you know as soon as I can.
