Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no country called Mauranie. At least I can't find it on http://cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/ and they should know.

If there was such a country they would have their own top level domain, like .fr, .de, .uk etc and not use a lame name like mauranie-gov.com.

The mauranie-gov.com site seems closely related to microapp.com (actually the pages reside at http://microapp.com/exemples/mauranie/) and what does that tell us?
