Black Mirror.....Help! I'm stuck!

In chapter 5, I finally got into Roberts office, I got into the safe..and I got the will, etc.. AND I looked at the picture on the wall of the relative with the key around his neck. I clicked everything and read everything. My problem is that when I leave the room to talk to Victoria, Samuel says nothing about the picture on the wall, and only says something about Ashburry and the fact it used to be a hospital for colera. I went as far as to download a walkthrough and according to the walkthrough, at this point Victoria is supposed to tell Samuel who the person is in the picture and that he is buried at Ashburry. On the map, Ashburry is not available to click onto. I have tried loading multiple save games and redoing the entire room sequence and nothing....I need to get to ashburry and it's not letting me. Help! If no one can help me, Does anyone have a save game that is right past this point?

Goto www.google.com and put this in the search box "black mirror walkthrough" and bingo u will get many of those. :P

P.S: Do try to play game on ur own and only look at the walkthrough when u are stuck for many days because there's no fun in playing with walkthrough.

:crazy: In chapter 5, if you've looked at the picture in Robert's office, but Victoria is still snooty and won't talk to you about it, here's the trigger you may have missed. Make sure you get Morris's hat from the stable, right click on it in your inventory. You should get a hair sample from it. Take it down to the Dr. Hermann's morgue and look at it, along with James's hair and determin that James is not the killer. You shouldn't be able to use the microscope after doing this. Actually, this post is more for poor lost souls like me who are currently playing the game and couldn't find ANYTHING about this anywhere else. After several hours of intense looking, I figured it out and wanted to help others to do the same!

i'm stuck exactly in this point.
i've already taken the cap in the stable and done everything walkthroughs say, but victoria still doesn't talk me about the picture and i can't go to Ashburry.
please help, i'm getting mad! :frown:

EDIT: i'm a mongo. i took everything in the safe but the letter, so the game didn't let me go on. shame on me. :shifty:

You are a LIFE SAVER!!!!! I was getting so frustrated b/c I coundn't go any further and the walkthrough I was using for this part never mentioned the stable or Morris' hat.
