You guys seriously need to whack your screwed up time options, you haven't yet fixed it. I managed to get my local settings right, but look! Instead of '(GMT -6:00 hours) Central Time (U.S. & Canada), Mexico City', I had to set it to '(GMT -2:00 hours) Mid-Atlantic'. *D WTF! I'm in Chicago, not the middle of the Atlantic Ocean! Well, at least I got mine right.

I've done the same, but it's still 26 minutes off, which is annoying. Is yours 26 minutes as well, or is it different for everyone? ;) I'm assume the former, but who knows...

It's a few minutes off here, which doesn't bother me at all.

(BTW, did you stay up all night again? It's around 5am there in Berkeley. You didn't do an all-nighter with BS3, did you? I guess I could have done a Silent Hill 2 marathon myself. I'm on some new medications, which are affecting my sleep pattern, so for the past week I've been sleeping odd hours.)

Well, it's 6:30am now, and I'm still up :frusty: I've sort of been playing BS3 on and off. I'm a bit stuck at the moment, so I really have no excuse right now...

Stuck? at 6:30 am? Of course you are. Get some sleep and I am sure you can make it. :)

I'm sure he's crashed by now, Zanthia. University life has its own prescribed erratic curfews on rest, work, and play - shifting and reshifting the students' biological clocks. remixor will be back here posting in, say, a couple hours, I'll bet. ;)

Yeah...the unsolved puzzle will haunt him in his sleep. ;)

And btw,I too readjusted the clock settings...now I reside in Adelaide. :shifty:

Welp, 7:45 and no sleep ;) I went back to BS3, now I'm stuck at Susarro 1. Will I go to bed or keep playing? I have no idea...

remix, that sleep bug is really gonna hit you sooner or later, hon. But until then, it sounds like you're really devouring the game (umm, like everyone else).

Well, I WOULD be devouring it, but now I've hit that damn TAC copy protection bug, and it says my CD-key is invalid! :( Apparently other people who have run into this have had to find cracks for the game. ARHG!

I'm not sure how many times I need to repeat this, because it sure doesn't seem to be sinking in. We did not write the forum software. The bugs are not ours. While the software is in beta, I will not go through it chasing down bugs that may only recur as soon as we upgrade.

Really? I'm now toying around with the idea of moving to Cape Verde or the Canary Islands so I really correspond to my time zone.

Can you maybe tell us just one more time?

I'm confused. Why don't you just change the clock?!?!!??!?!

Because I don't have access to it. The server clock is set to GMT -4 (Atlantic Time). Why, I don't know. The server thinks it's in GMT, which causes vb to overcorrect by 4 hours, making GMT -8 (my TZ) come out as GMT -12. I've contacted ZeroXCape about it, and he's supposed to look into it.

LOL, he and I have been keeping similar hours. But mine will go back to normal in a couple of weeks.

I'm living in Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Baku or Tbilisi for the time begin then... and then the clock is only a few minutes off... I can live with that for now... ;)

 Oooh, I hope not Tbilisi, Firefoot. That whole city and country (Georgia) is going through some pretty tough shayt right now.

LOL! No luckily I'm only virtually in that region... and in time only... ;)
But it sure is a mess there...

Remixor, when do you sleep?

Um... the best answer I can give you to that question is: "rarely"

LOL, he and I have been keeping similar hours. But mine will go back to normal in a couple of weeks.

;) Yeah, I'm going to try to make a big effort to better my sleeping habits. Six hours of sleep last night!

Greetings from Almaty, Dhaka and Colombo! ;)

And my clock is just two minutes off, so that's pretty good.
